MovinAds provides access to a set of technical tools and functionalities designed to support digital marketing workflows. The platform may include, but is not limited to:

• visual editors and page builders;
• customizable templates and layouts;
• content creation and editing tools;
• automation and optimization functionalities;
• analytics and performance data visualization;
• custom domain connection and technical management;
• integrations with third-party services;
• account, project, and asset management tools;
• additional features released from time to time.

Feature availability may vary depending on the selected subscription plan (free or paid) and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without prior notice.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• you will use the Service only for lawful purposes.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

• safeguarding your login credentials;
• all activities performed under your account;
• ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms.

MovinAds does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• earnings or revenue;
• advertising approval;
• conversion rates;
• business success.

All results depend solely on the User's actions, strategies, skills, and external factors.

You are solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, published, or distributed through MovinAds. This includes responsibility for compliance with:

• applicable laws and regulations;
• advertising platform policies (e.g. Google Ads, Meta);
• affiliate network rules;
• intellectual property rights.

3Movin LLC is not responsible for User content or its consequences.

You agree not to use MovinAds for:

• illegal activities;
• deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices;
• cloaking, malware, phishing, or spam;
• violation of third-party policies or laws;
• reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.

MovinAds is subject to fair and reasonable usage.

Excessive, abusive, or automated usage that negatively impacts platform stability, performance, or other users may result in:

• usage limitations;
• throttling;
• temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

Users may connect custom domains purchased from third-party registrars (e.g. Hostinger, HostGator).

• The domain remains the exclusive property of the User.
• The User authorizes 3Movin LLC to temporarily manage technical configurations (including DNS, CDN, and security settings via services such as Cloudflare) solely to enable platform functionality.

Technical management remains active only while the User account is active (free or paid). In case of account cancellation, non-upgrade, or violation of these Terms, 3Movin LLC may discontinue technical domain management without assuming ownership or responsibility for the domain.

MovinAds is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis and is designed to maintain a target service availability of 99.5% uptime on a monthly basis.

This target excludes:

• scheduled maintenance;
• emergency maintenance;
• outages caused by third-party services;
• force majeure events.

Maintenance activities may result in temporary service interruptions, which may total up to approximately 3 hours per month. 3Movin LLC shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from service interruptions or maintenance.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. 3Movin LLC does not store or process Users' full payment card details.

By subscribing to a paid plan, the User authorizes Stripe to charge applicable fees according to the selected plan and agrees to comply with Stripe's terms and policies.

3Movin LLC may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion in case of:

• violation of these Terms;
• unlawful activity;
• abuse or misuse of the Service;
• failure to meet payment obligations.
